GENERAL CONDITIONS


Registration period
Open from February 16 to May 30. Registrations received before the 9th of April will benefit from a reduced fee.

Registration will be closed as from the 30th of May and those who have not registered before that date and wish to attend will have to register at the conference registration desk. Acceptance will be limited to space availability and registration materials (CD-ROM, etc).

Registration details
Those who wish to register must fill in the registration form, either online at this registration form, or else filling the following pdf file and forwarding it to the Technical Secretariat by fax (+34 94 464 84 25), email to info@ieee-bmsb2009.org or by ordinary post to the following address:

Registration will not be valid unless accompanied by the corresponding payment.

Registration confirmations
When the registration form and payment has been received, the Technical Secretariat will confirm the same by e-mail.  If you have not received confirmation of registration within 10 days after payment, please get in touch with the Technical Secretariat

Registrations will not be confirmed without payment of the corresponding fee.

Invoice
Euskoiker Foundation will issue an invoice to all those who have made a correct registration. This invoice shall be delivered when picking up the conference materials at the reception desk.

Those people who have registered and require an invoice or other payment certificate before this date, must let the Technical Secretariat know by e-mail, and the corresponding certificate / invoice will be forwarded in electronic format (pdf).

Students
Those who register as students must forward a document vouching for their condition as students.

Substitution
In principle, no limit has been set as regards the substitution-transfer of an registration, as long as the Technical Secretariat has been informed in writing before the 30th of April.

Cancellation
Those willing to cancel their registration, must inform the Technical Secretariat in writing by e-mail, post or fax.

Registrations cancelled before the 30th of April are entitled to a refund, deducting 100  € which will be charged for administrative expenses.  As from that date, no money will be refunded.

Refunds will be effected through the same channel as used for payment.  Expenses derived from transfer commission or currency exchange will be paid by the person requesting the refund.

Extra meals
If a complementary meal ticket is required, please request this at the Congress venue.  The cost will be 40€ per meal and tickets will be issued as long as there are vacancies at the dining hall.
